As my last days at Desert Subway Incorporated loom at the end of the week I think of how much happier I’m going to be with his job out of my life. I’m going to come out of this company a better person, with a new outlook on future jobs, and how I view myself. I have seen this company at its best, and hopefully I’m leaving it at its worst, for the sake of my friends who are going to be stuck there, and I see that this company doesn’t give a damn about its employees. They will do anything for the customer, but if it saves them money they don’t care about how it effects the workforce. It’s an unhealthy relationship between upper management and staff. 5 years I’ve been here, 5, I think back about when I started. I was 16 years old and had never had an official job before. Now that I look back on it, I almost think it was a waste of time. Had it not been for all of the wonderful friends I’ve gotten out of this place.
This is probably only part one, my battery is about to die. :P so more about this later on.
